Pause - you can pause time, but in doing so, you you can't move, only look around. You don't age. You can think and sleep, however.
Second Life - if you die, you're instantly transferred back to a time where the death was avoidable. If of old age, you begin life again with full knowledge of previous one. Good for one use.
Midas - you can selectively turn things into gold, so long as they aren't living, but doing so too often will make you paler.
Strength - you can lift five times your weight with ease, and up to eight times with strain. Overexertion can lead to injury.
Speed - you can run up to forty miles per hour, but doing so can put strain on your muscles and lead to injuries. You're not protected from falls and can still trip.
Time Loop - you have the ability to rewind time by one minute as often as you'd like, or by up to two hours every day (but doing so removes the ability until the next day).
Flight - you can fly, but no more than a thousand feet off the ground, and no more than five times as fast as you can run. You burn energy very fast, but don't get tired (think being very, very hungry when you land).
Prodigious - you can choose one skill to become a prodigy in. Math, music, language, etc. As specific or vague as you like, but the more specific you are, the more apt you are at what you choose.
